Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Chad Johnson is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Johnson Development Corp. in Houston with over 20 years in the land development and brokerage business. In addition, Chad is involved in all land acquisitions and dispositions for Johnson Development communities and is responsible for overseeing all internal commercial development and ventures.

Prior to joining Johnson Development, Chad was a real estate broker for a major Houston real estate brokerage company specializing in commercial land.

Chad has a B.A. in political science from Texas A&M University, is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and is a full member of the Urban Land Institute.
