W. Douglas Goff
Senior Vice President & Director of Land Development
Doug Goff is Senior Vice President and Director of Land Development for The Johnson Development Corporation in Houston. Before moving to the corporate office in 2005, Doug was the General Manager of Sienna/Johnson Development, an entity formed to develop the 10,500 acre Sienna Plantation.
Prior to joining Sienna in 1995, Doug was General Manager of Markborough Development and was instrumental in the turnaround of New Territory and several other projects throughout the Greater Houston area. His involvement in other large-scale master planned communities includes projects in Austin, Texas, Vero Beach, Florida and Lafayette, Louisiana.
Doug has a Bachelor of Science degree from LSU and a Masters in Management from Purdue University. He has been a resident of Fort Bend County for the past seventeen years and has two sons: Douglas and Derek.
Doug is the Past Chairman of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Executive Committee of the Greater Fort Bend Economic Development Council, and is a Development Board Member of the Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital. He served several years on the Board of the Fort Bend ISD Education Foundation and is currently a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association and the Community Development Council of the Urban Land Institute.
