New Luxury Homes Coming to Riverstone's Final Neighborhood

Riverstone - New Luxury Homes Coming to Riverstone's Final Neighborhood

April 26, 2024

Psalms Fine Homes has started presales on 32 single-family, urban-styled homes in Monet Estates, the final neighborhood to be developed in Riverstone.

On six acres, the gated neighborhood features 30-, 40- and 55-wide homesites. Homes on the 30-foot lots will be 3,907 square feet while those on the 40-foot properties will be 5,225 square feet. The 55-foot homesites will be customized plans by architect Todd Rice of Rice Residential Design, who is developing the floor plans for Monet Estates.

“In a convenient location adjacent to shopping and dining in Riverstone, Monet Estates offers an urban experience that isn’t typically found in a suburban setting,” said Trey Reichert, Senior Vice President of Houston Land Development Operations for Johnson Development and Riverstone General Manager. “Plus, the unique styling of these luxury homes will add an interesting component to our streetscape.”

The three-story homes will feature classic French exteriors with cast-stone balconies, arches, awnings, wood garage doors, gaslights and flat tile roofs. Three-car tandem garages will be available on some of the floor plans. Each home will have three exterior elevation choices and an option for an elevator. Several of the homesites are on the water, including the two planned model homes.

Pricing starts at $1.49 million. A temporary sales office is open at 18722 University Blvd, Suite 207 in Sugar Land.

“With heavy European influences, these homes will be very different than what is currently in Riverstone,” said Jeff Suh with Psalms Fine Homes.

Headquartered in Houston, Pslams Fine Homes launched in 2012, and has homes in Memorial Villages, River Oaks, Tanglewood, West University, Bellaire and other neighborhoods.

A project of Johnson Development, Riverstone opened in 2001 and made its first appearance on the list of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities in 2012. In 2015, Riverstone ranked No. 4 among the nation’s best-selling communities, according to a report by John Burns Real Estate Consulting. In all, the community ranked among the nation’s 20 top-selling developments for six consecutive years. Approximately 6,400 homes have sold in the community, and about 20,000 people make their home in Riverstone.
