Harmony - Barefoot Bands in the Park Returns to Harmony on Saturday, April 8

March 27, 2017

Montgomery County’s popular music festival, Barefoot Bands in the Park, returns to Harmony on Saturday, April 8 from noon – 4 p.m. – the perfect way to spend a family afternoon.

This year’s Barefoot Bands in the Park kicks off with the modern, folk music tunes of Texas’ Jesse Stratton Band followed by Grammy-Award winning country music artist Rick Trevino who has charted 14 singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, including three number-one singles.  Trevino also has recorded seven studio albums.

Barefoot Bands in the Park also will feature food truck cuisine from Kurbside Eats, Sweets Ride and It’s a Wrap.  Enjoy pony rides, rock wall, face painters, balloon artists, corn hole bean bag board games, four-person bungee trampoline, and oversized lawn games of tic-tac-toe and ring toss.

All of the festivities will be held in The Thicket in Harmony, 3811 Everly Bend Drive, a tree-lined park minutes from the community’s main entrance on Rayford Road at the newly extended Grand Parkway.

Harmony’s Barefoot Bands in the Park music festival is free and open to the public. Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. Free onsite parking is available.

While at Barefoot Bands in the Park, check out Harmony’s collection of luxury model homes, each fully furnished and expertly decorated, by Ashton Woods, Darling Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Shea Homes, Taylor Morrison, Village Builders and Westin Homes.
