The (New) Trails are Calling!

Grand Central Park - The (New) Trails are Calling!

August 18, 2017

Hikers, bikers, nature lovers and evening strollers rejoice — the first resident-only trail system is open in Grand Central Park!

One of our most exciting amenities, the trail (dog-friendly by the way, because Fido needs exercise too) starts at Grand Central Parkway, meandering its way south through the property until taking a left turn alongside our picturesque, 88-acre Grand Lake.  Trailgoers will pass a pavilion and lake house before returning back north to the starting point (don’t worry there’s a short cut if you’re short on time).

Residents also can experience the beauty of Grand Central Park on a new paved pathway — ideal for walking, jogging or biking — that runs along Grand Central Parkway.  The paved pathway also winds through our West Village and will circle Trillium Park with its covered pavilion and sitting areas before making its way past several cul-de-sac neighborhood streets.

It’s all part of what we call “The Grandeur,” which includes opportunities for residents to hike, bike, sightsee, enjoy catch-and-release fishing and get up close to the natural beauty of our legendary, forested property. Paved, tree-lined roadways for biking — including a 2.25-mile loop — also are available. And the best part? It’s all about a five-minute walk from residents’ new homes!

Our new resident-only trail and pathway system is open daily from dawn to dusk.

Grand Central Park is a serene, 2,046-acre master-planned community located just 5 miles north of The Woodlands along Interstate 45 and South Loop 336 offering easy access to major employers and acres of gorgeous woodlands right outside your door. Come out to tour our seven beautiful models, our new trails and our unique lifestyle!
