Riverstone Ranks Among Nation's Top-Selling

Riverstone - Riverstone Ranks Among Nation's Top-Selling

January 16, 2018

Regularly making lists of top-selling communities is just what we do here at Riverstone, but we still love doing it. This month, two prestigious reports came out, again ranking us among the top 50 master-planned communities in the nation.

Residential think tanks Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO) placed us at No. 25 and John Burns Real Estate Consulting listed us as No. 26. Rankings are based on home sales in 2017. We sold 435 homes during that time period (80 alone during the final quarter), which also makes us the No. 1 top-selling project in the Houston area.

Another list we recently made was the Houston Business Journal’s list of the largest

master-planned communities. That ranking was based on annual home starts between Oct. 1, 2016, and Sept. 30, 2017. We earned the No. 1 spot with 498 home starts.

How do we do it, year after year? By offering a range of beautiful home choices, a choice of leading builders and numerous resort-style amenities.

Whether you are in the market for a patio home, single-family or luxury home, our builders including Darling Homes, Emerald Homes, Highland Homes, Meritage Homes, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes, Sitterle Homes, Taylor Morrison, Westin Homes and Westport can accommodate you.

Once you move in, you have access to our parks, trail system, water parks and The Club at Riverstone recreation complex. Young residents attend award-winning Fort Bend ISD schools including our own, on-site Sullivan Elementary.

We are one of five projects of Johnson Development that made the lists, including our sister community Sienna Plantation as well as Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear, Harvest Green in Richmond and Woodforest in South Montgomery County.
