Trinity Falls - Trinity Falls Adds Perry Homes, Plans Next Phase

July 12, 2017

Trinity Falls is adding Perry Homes to its builder roster, the first of several new builders and other enhancements being introduced in the community’s next phase.

Perry Homes also will bring a new price point into the community, with its homes expected to start in the upper $200,000s. Perry Homes will offer floor plans designed for 45-foot and 50-foot homesites. Presales are expected to begin within the next 30 days.

“Perry Homes is a Class A builder that fits nicely into the premium builder profile we have devised for Trinity Falls,” said Jim Baker, general manager of Trinity Falls. “This addition is the first of a new building program being introduced into the community since Johnson Development acquired Trinity Falls in 2016.”

Besides new builders, this phase of the 1,700-acre community also will include varied housing styles, a major amenity center and the 330-acre B.B. Owen Park along the Trinity River. In addition, a site is located in this phase for a future McKinney Independent School District elementary school.

Located northwest of McKinney near U.S. Highway 75, Trinity Falls opened in 2014 and is planned for 4,200 homes. The development recently welcomed its 500th family.
