Smile! Woodforest Dental Loft Is Open

September 17, 2018

We’ve got an announcement that’s going to bring lots of smiles — Woodforest Dental Loft is now open in The Shops at Woodforest!

The practice, located at 2300 Woodforest Parkway North, offers a full range of dental services including exams, tooth colored fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges, implant restorations, veneers, extractions and teeth whitening, said Dr. Jennifer Hobock, DDS.

“We strive to make dentistry affordable, comfortable and convenient,” Hobock said.  “We want to provide our patients with the best dental solutions available and the best technology available. Our patient’s health and happiness are our top priority”

Hobock and her father, Dr. Thomas Miller, DDS, decided to open the practice after attending several Woodforest events.

“We fell in love with the area,” Miller said. “We felt the area was underserved and that it would be a great neighborhood to open a family-owned practice in.”

Hobock is excited to have a beautiful new dental office with all the latest technology.

“We’re also looking forward to getting to know the community and making so many new friends,” she said. “The Woodforest community is so welcoming and we are excited about being a part of it.

Miller said the overriding philosophy of Woodforest Dental Loft is to offer the same treatment that they would recommend to their own family members.

“In dentistry, there is usually more than one way to solve a dental problem,” he said.  “We will always present the best possible option but also give our patients other options as well and let them decide what is best for them. “

Both dentists try to make the dental experience as painless as possible for adults and children.

“For children, we try to explain and show them everything we are doing,” Hobock said. “We let them watch their favorite shows on television while procedures are being done.”

This will be the first time father and daughter have practiced dentistry together. They are joined at the front desk by Miller’s wife Maelene and his niece Leah making it a true family endeavor.

“This is our first opportunity to work together, and we are really excited about this new adventure,” Hobock said. “I’m excited to be working with my dad who has been practicing dentistry for 45 years! He is so calm and knowledgeable, and I know we will be a great team.”

We would like to extend a warm, Woodforest welcome to Woodforest Dental Loft. To learn more about the practice and to schedule an appointment, visit their webpage.
