Texas Monthly Features Larry Johnson

When Texas Monthly decided to take a deep dive into Houston powerhouses for “The Power Issue” December edition, it came knocking on the door of Johnson Development.

They wanted JDC Chairman and CEO Larry Johnson to be featured in a special section that spotlights the “people who are leading the way for Texas and beyond.” Larry was featured in “The Face of Communities of Distinction,” and the article delves into the beginnings of Johnson Development in 1975 and takes a look at two of the company’s 17 communities — Sienna Plantation, the top-selling community in Houston, and Harvest Green, the Houston area’s first farm-centric community.
