We’re Planting New Homes, Pick One Today

Harvest Green - We’re Planting New Homes, Pick One Today

February 04, 2019

Last year was a great year for home sales in Harvest Green. We sold so many, that this year we’re set to plant 290 more. We’re also adding a bunch of new amenities to enhance the already fantastic lifestyle our residents enjoy.

Over the next three months, we will be opening three new neighborhoods to builders Highland Homes, David Weekley Homes, Perry Homes, Plantation Homes and Meritage Homes. The total number of homesites offered will be 171.

An additional 119 homesites will be released by the end of the summer to Newmark Homes, Lennar and D. R. Horton.

Strong home sales are nothing new to Harvest Green. People have been flocking to our “farm-tastic” community ever since we opened in 2015. In fact, we sold nearly 65 percent of our Phase One homesites in under a year. Over the past three years, we’ve sold 800 homes. Once these homesites are delivered we will have just four neighborhoods left to develop — pretty exciting, huh?

Homes aren’t the only things we will be sprouting. We’ve got some great amenities slated to open in the spring including tennis courts (start working on those backhands), a dog park and a sports basin. A large playground also is under construction.

That’s in addition to our established amenities, including our centerpiece — the Village Farm— and the soul of our community — the Farmhouserecreation complex. Residents also have an ever-growing roster of activitiesto get excited about planned by Sylvia, our Director of Fun, and Michelle, our Director if Fitness.

Those are just some of the many reasons we were named Master-planned Community of the Yearby the Greater Houston Builder’s Association. Come out and pick your perfect home today.
