Imperial Pop-Up Art Honors Sugar Land History

Imperial - Imperial Pop-Up Art Honors Sugar Land History

March 27, 2019

One of the area’s most historic communities, Imperial is celebrating its Sugar Land roots with special pop-art during Houston’s Largest Home Tour this April.

A colorful, 10-foot mural showcasing the history of Sugar Land will be temporarily installed in Imperial. More than a beautiful photo backdrop, it captures the essence of Sugar Land and its impressive legacy.

After taking your festive photos, make sure to visit the six professionally decorated model homes that will be open for the home tour. The homes are filled with decorating and design ideas. Want to see more? Inventory homes priced from the $400,000s to the $700,000s also will be open during the tour.

Another reason to visit Imperial in April is to support healthy moms and babies during the March for Babies April 13 at Constellation Field. Organizers of the event, which benefits the March of Dimes, hope to raise $375,000 this year. Register for the 3.2-mile walk or donate here: https://www.marchforbabies.org/EventInfo?EventID=19975.

Imperial is one of 13 Johnson Development communities participating in Houston’s Largest Home Tour. Full event details and maps can be downloaded here.
