Messina Hof Wine Labels Augment Reality

Harvest Green - Messina Hof Wine Labels Augment Reality

January 19, 2021

We thought having a Messina Hof Harvest Green Winery and Kitchen open in our community was exciting, then we saw their new augmented reality wine labels.

Messina Hof partnered with VISION Production Group, a critically acclaimed, innovative media production company, to create an interactive experience that begins with three new wines debuting alongside the new restaurant and winery.

The labels create a series that taps into Messina Hof’s roots from the grape growing, winemaking and its Vineyard Cuisine™ culinary processes. Wine lovers can pair any of the three new wines: Abounding (Dry Red Blend), Vitality (Dry White Wine) and Emblaze (Sweet Red Wine) with the Messina Hof app for Google Playand Apple IOS .

Users of the app will have an exclusive look at food and wine pairing suggestions and recipes for each of these wines amongst other popular Messina Hof vintages. The design of the labels reflects the passion, roots, artistry and farm-to-table elements manifested in Harvest Green.

Want to pick up a few bottles? The Messina Hof Harvest Green Winery and Kitchen is offering curbside pick-up from noon to 6 p.m. daily. You can place your order via harvestgreen@messinahof.com or call 346-292-9463. The list of available wines is extensive and you are sure to find something to tickle your wine-loving fancy.

In anticipation of the grand opening, Messina Hof will hold a series of private events to celebrate, including socially distanced tours of their vineyard, production facility and shipping area — complete with a sampling of the flavors of the restaurant and tasting room. Check the website for more information and to reserve your spot.

The winery features a sustainable design with water recapturing technology, tasting room, wine bar and open-kitchen restaurant that will seat approximately 130 indoors. The restaurant will incorporate fresh produce grown from our on-site gardens and the Village Farm. There will also be a 2,600-square-foot covered patio for larger, private events and group tastings, plus two private tasting rooms for corporate use, group bookings and private dining. Grape harvesting, processing aging wine, bottling and shipping bottles will take place on-site.

We can’t wait and will keep you updated so you can plan to be among the first to visit.
