Marcel Boulevard's First Tenants

Grand Central Park - Marcel Boulevard's First Tenants

September 23, 2021

Marcel Boulevard, the new shopping, dining and office destination within the master-planned community of Conroe’s Grand Central Park, has signed leases with its first tenants as construction of the community-centric, lifestyle development nears completion.

Marcel Boulevard’s first tenants include the debut locations of Voodoo Grille, an upscale, causal Cajun/Creole-inspired restaurant by southern Louisiana natives and now Conroe residents Scott and Aubrey Elias; and Perfect Round, a family-friendly sports bar with four golf simulation bays. Both restaurants will offer indoor and patio seating.

“Marcel Boulevard will be a beautiful space that ties modern day luxuries to nature,” says Voodoo Grille’s Scott Elias.  “Our love for both nature and serving the community makes this the perfect spot for our concept.”

Other arrivals include the area’s first Thrive Day Spa, its first Atelier Salon Suites and the new retail concept Strategic Mind Games offering new-age, tabletop battle games, legacy board games, custom chess sets and others.

Store openings are expected to take place during the first quarter of 2022.

Marcel Boulevard also will be home to Apex Executive Suites offering a Class-A office setting with dedicated private offices, shared workspace, conference rooms and virtual offices providing a professional business address service, private mailbox and discounts on conference rooms and day offices.

A project by MARCEL, a privately-owned, fully-integrated commercial real estate development and property management firm based in The Woodlands, Marcel Boulevard is located on I-45 South and Grand Central Parkway minutes north of The Woodlands.

Marcel Boulevard will offer 68,160 square feet of restaurant and retail space, 32,400 square feet of executive office space, and ground-level special event and entertainment areas. Ample onsite parking also will be available.

Besides creating a new retail experience for central Montgomery County and those minutes to the south in The Woodlands, Grand Central Park’s newest retail setting is expected to boost interest among new home buyers seeking a community with an onsite shopping, dining and office destination.
