Johnson’s Sienna Community Ranks Among the Nation’s Top 50

The mid-year report of the nation’s 50 best-selling master-planned communities is out and once again, a Johnson Development community is on the list.

Sienna — our largest community at 10,800 acres — is ranked No. 36 on the RCLCO tally, which considers new home sales from January through June. Sienna’s 13 builders sold an impressive 227 new homes during that timeframe.

A History of Strong Sales

With Johnson Development being a real estate developer in Fort Bend County, we have seen Sienna be a long-time favorite among Houston-area home buyers. In January, the community celebrated the 14^th time it has been listed on RCLCO’s annual report of top-selling communities based on 12 months of home sales. Fueling home sales in the community is a wide variety of available homes, from townhomes base priced below $300,000 to luxe homes costing more than $1 million. This intentional effort to offer many types of homes at numerous price points broadens Sienna’s appeal.
