The end is in sight for the opportunity for a brand-new home in the vibrant active-adult community of Elements at Viridian.

The good news is that while the end might be in sight, you need a telescope to see it!

We recently released 272 lots to builders David Weekley Homes and Drees Custom Homes. These will be the final homesites to be developed in Elements at Viridian, an engaging community for people ages 55 and older who enjoy an active lifestyle. The final homes are estimated to be sold by 2028.

Homes for Life’s Next Adventure

David Weekley Homes and Drees Custom Homes offer a variety of single-story designs in Elements at Viridian, with some of the floor plans offering an optional second story. Space for entertaining family and friends is a clear priority, with open-concept living areas that move easily to generous island kitchens and large covered patios. Buyers can choose from designs with a theater room, game room, or a study that could easily serve as a library or music room. David Weekley offers an array of floor plans designed for 35- to 50-foot homesites. The Garden Series starts in the $480s, with plans ranging from 1,733 to 1,886 square feet. The Signature Series features larger homes from 1,972 to 3,005 square feet that are priced from the $530s. The builder’s largest collection of floor plans is in the Traditional Series, ranging from 2,221 to 3,248 square feet and priced from the $590s.

Drees Custom Homes offers elegant homes designed for 60-foot homesites and ranging from 2,521 to 4,143 square feet. Prices are from the $710s. Open-concept designs encourage togetherness. Floor plans also boast such special features as a pocket office, family foyer, courtyard, media room, and more.

Double the Fun

Elements residents have exclusive use of the award-winning Magnolia Lifestyle Center, voted best in Texas at the 2021 Texas Association of Builders Star Awards. The Magnolia is the heart of Elements, offering residents opportunities to socialize, relax, and exercise. A large pool is designed for laps and lounging, and the nearby fire pit is meant for lingering conversations after the sun sets. Neighbors can challenge each other to friendly games of pickleball and bocce ball or to see who can make a hole-in-one on the putting green.
