Cross Creek Ranch Nears Close-Out

Fewer than 100 newly constructed homes are available in Cross Creek Ranch, bringing the Fulshear community closer to completing a development journey now in its 19^th year.

Four builders — Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Taylor Morrison and Tri Pointe Homes — have new homes available in Cross Creek Ranch, a Johnson Development community. Seven models are open in the community to showcase homes priced from the $380,000s to more than $800,000.

“More than 60 homes already have sold so far this year in Cross Creek Ranch, so it’s possible our builders will sell out this year,” said Stephen Brovarone, General Manager of Cross Creek Ranch. “Cross Creek Ranch has been a fixture in the Fulshear area for so long, accounting for much of the region’s growth over the past decade. It’s almost unbelievable to see this coming to a close.”
