Jubilee Moves Into Second Phase of Development

Jubilee — the first community in Texas centered on wellness — is moving into its second phase with the release of nearly 300 homesites.

Jubilee’s Elation haven will comprise 98 40-foot lots with homes by Coventry Homes and Highland Homes, as well as 93 45-foot homesites that will feature designs by David Weekley Homes and Newmark Homes. Chesmar Homes and Tri Pointe Homes will have 54 50-foot lots in this new haven, and Perry Homes and Westin Homes will have 43 60-foot homesites. Lot delivery should be complete this fall.

The builders will offer the same floor plans as they do in Jubilee’s Radiance haven. Pricing is from the $320,000s.
