Kresston - The Boot House Welcome Center OpensOctober 30, 2025
Designed by Tipler Design and constructed by HD Outdoor Construction, The Boot House, 26850 Trailblazers Run, is the launching pad for tours of this new Magnolia community. Visitors can talk to welcome center staff to learn of upcoming plans for the 1,465-acre community before visiting the 10 model homes now open in Kresston. Located directly across from the community’s model home park, The Boot House is open seven days a week. Walk-ins are welcome or Realtors and prospective buyers can schedule a tour online at https://kresston.com/welcome-center#booking. “We found it to be tremendously impactful positioning welcome centers within long-term master-planned communities as it not only demonstrates our comitement to develop to the highest quality, but it allows our team to actively manage the community to our high standards,” said Stephen Barrera, Vice President and General Manager of Kresston. “The Boot House not only has information available for prospective buyers, but it also serves as the center of our lifestyle event programming for the residents living in the community. Our vision is apparent from the minute you step through the doors with an interior that reflects our Texas-inspired vision.” A stone fireplace flanked by rough wood paneling sets the tone for the common area, warmed by leather furnishings and wood-look tile flooring. In addition to welcome center staff, The Boot House will office members of the Kresston development team and home owners association staff members. The Boot House is part of the 10-acre Legends Pointe amenity complex, which is celebrating its grand opening Friday, Oct. 24. In addition to The Boot House, Legends Pointe offers the Frontier Bluffs Splashpad, Legends Pickleball Court and Horseshoe Heights Playground. “Legends Pointe is our Phase 1 of the larger community amenities planned within the development,” Barrera said. “This complex is planned to grow in connection to Liberty Junction, the 20+-acre amenity district we recently announced,” Barrera said. Inspired by the town of Gruene, Texas, Liberty Junction is envisioned to include a robust aquatic center, a live music pavilion, multi-use indoor facilities, a variety of recreational amenities and designated camping sites. Home sales in Kresston began late last year, and the first residents have started moving in. Builders Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Village Builders and Westin Homes have opened 10 model homes in the community, showcasing floor plans priced from $290,000s. Gracepoint Homes will soon break ground on the community’s 11th model home. Kresston is located near Magnolia with frontage along State Highway 249 and FM 1486.
