Johnson Development Wins Developer of the Year — Again

For a fifth time in the past 12 years, Johnson Development has received the “Developer of the Year” Grand Award in the Greater Houston Builders Association’s Houston’s Best PRISM Awards.

More Houston’s Best PRISM Awards

The most recent Developer of the Year announcement capped an exciting evening during which we also brought home trophies for our community amenities and marketing efforts.

Grange — a Katy community that celebrated its grand opening earlier this year — was a big winner, taking home awards for Best Website, Best Billboard, and Best Print Ad. The Lake House at Grand Central Park in Conroe won Best Master-Planned Community Amenity. Jubilee, our wellness-focused community in Hockley, won Best Event – Master-Planned Community for its grand opening and was named a finalist for Master-Planned Community Entrance and Best Sales Brochure.

Jordan Ranch in Fulshear was named a finalist in two categories — Master-Planned Community of the Year and Best Television/Video Promo for the onsite Melton Elementary. One of our lifestyle directors was a finalist for Lifestyle Director of the Year and Johnson Development was also a finalist for the Grand Award for Promotions.

A Legacy of Excellence

Each year, the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) awards program recognizes the people, places, products, and promotions that set a new standard for excellence throughout the year. Our industry’s finest competed in more than 100 categories this year, gathering to celebrate their accomplishments in a fun-filled gala Oct. 4. Like Johnson Development itself, the GHBA awards program is also marking 50 years in 2025.
