Going strong for 28 years, Fort Bend’s largest new-home community had a busy 2025, welcoming new residents, new model homes, and new amenities. Let’s pause to reflect on Sienna’s fabulous 2025 and what’s ahead for 2026:
Sienna is One of the Nation’s Top-Selling Communities
As in the previous seven years, Sienna started the year ranked as one of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities. John Burns Research & Consulting and RCLCO Real Estate Consulting ranked us No. 21 and No. 23, respectively, after builders reported 574 new home sales during 2024.
This is the 14th time Sienna has been listed among the nation’s 50 best-selling communities, with buyers drawn by our diverse home choices, extensive amenities, and lifestyle that allows residents to form priceless bonds with neighbors.
Perry Homes Opens New Valencia Model Homes
Perry Homes wowed us early in the year with two new Mediterranean-inspired model homes in our Valencia neighborhoods.
Designed for 65-foot homesites, Perry’s model home at 1502 Ashwood Run Court in Valencia Woods offers more than 4,400 square feet and showcases stand-out optional features, including a spice kitchen with a second stove and a second primary suite found upstairs.
In Valencia Bend, the builder also opened a model home at 2103 Orchard Rose Drive, the largest of the 10 plans Perry offers for the 55-foot neighborhood. The 3,484-square-foot home is ideal for a growing family, with ample bedrooms and entertainment space.
More model homes are coming for 2026, with a model home park opening this spring featuring 16 beautifully designed model homes. Stay tuned for details on the park’s grand opening!
Run for the Rosé Raises $10,000 for Child Advocates
Last spring we raised a glass to the more than 800 racers who took part in our annual Run for the Rosé 5K. With many of the racers wearing pink, it was a fun morning of exercise, brunch bites, and rosé (for our racers 21 and older). Attendees not interested in racing were part of the No Way 5K Party Patrol, participating in the after-race festivities with brunch and bubbly available for purchase. We donated $10,000 in proceeds to Child Advocates of Fort Bend, a non-profit organization in its 34th year that serves child victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect.
Toll Brothers to Bring Luxury Active-Adult Living to Sienna
One of our most exciting announcements was about our new luxury active-adult neighborhood. Toll Brothers is bringing its Regency community to Sienna, a new active -dult neighborhood that will provide luxury living for adults ages 55 and older. This will be Sienna’s first area focused exclusively on active adults. Toll Brothers’ Regency communities are designed for adults with active lifestyles through a robust social event calendar, resort-style amenities and activities that foster connection with neighbors.
Regency at Sienna is slated to open this year, with a grand opening celebration planned for this summer.
20 Years of Sienna’s Gingerbread Market
A beloved holiday tradition for many local residents, the Gingerbread Market was bigger than ever in 2025, its 20th year. More than 2,500 shoppers attended, browsing unique gift items offered by the more than 60 local artisans, crafters, and vendors participating. As always, admission was one or more canned goods to benefit the Second Mile Mission food pantry. We’re thrilled to say we delivered eight large boxes stuffed with non-perishable food items.
Welcoming New Amenities
Construction started on two major amenities last year — both of which are expected to open this year. Tennis and pickleball courts are being added to Sawmill Lake Club in the amenity center’s fifth and final phase.
Work also began on a new amenity complex, Sienna Oaks. The 5,500-square-foot clubhouse is scheduled to open this spring, along with a lap pool and half-court basketball courts. A playground will open later this year. The clubhouse features a café, multi-use room, dedicated tween space and patio seating.
In addition to the amenity centers, new parks and playgrounds will open this year, giving residents even more places to play.
