Kresston - Kresston Spotlights Outstanding Educators With $500 Award

At Kresston, we know that outstanding educators can change lives. That’s why we’ve created the Kresston Educator Spotlight Award, honoring teachers and staff who have gone above and beyond for the students under their care.

The $500 prize will be presented quarterly to a deserving teacher or staff member at schools serving Kresston, including Audubon Elementary, Magnolia Parkway Intermediate, Magnolia Parkway Junior High School, and Magnolia West High School.Winners will be chosen based on nominations by Kresston residents.

The award is intended to support recipients in their roles as educators. Whether it’s buying classroom supplies, investing in educational tools, or funding creative projects, the money is theirs to use in ways that enhance their ability to inspire and teach.

First quarter submissions are now open with the winner announced in March. Residents should nominate an educator or staff member who has made a meaningful impact on their child or the children in their school.

We believe our schools are the heartbeat of our community, and we want to make sure the exceptional people working in them feel seen, appreciated, and supported. This award is just one small way for us to say, “Thank you for everything you do.”
