For an incredible ninth consecutive year, Sienna is ranked among the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities.

That’s after two respected housing research firms — RCLCO and John Burns Real Estate Consulting — released their annual tallies of the 50 top-selling master-planned communities in the nation based on 2025 sales. Our busy builders sold 432 new homes in Sienna last year, enough to earn us a tie for No. 34 on the John Burns report. RCLCO places Sienna at No. 38. Throughout Sienna’s history, the community has been ranked among the nation’s top selling 15 times.
