We recently had the privilege of celebrating an essential part of our success — our valued Realtor partners.

For years, we’ve recognized top-selling agents within individual communities, but this year we brought together Realtors from across all Johnson Development Houston communities for one meaningful celebration of excellence. With more than 100 in attendance, we honored the top three Realtors in over a dozen Johnson communities and proudly recognized our overall top-selling team, the B&P Team, who helped 27 families find a new home in a Johnson Development community last year. Beyond the awards, the event was about gratitude. Realtors are often the first to introduce families to our communities, guiding them through one of the most important decisions of their lives with care, insight and professionalism. Their trust in our developments — and the confidence with which they represent them — is something we never take for granted.

A fabulous lunch by Churrasco’s, a rousing performance by the Two Tones dueling pianists, and prizes such as a Turtlebox Speaker and Macbook Air generously donated by our builder partners rounded out this first-ever celebration.
