Through Sept. 23, Meritage Homes has special pricing on homes in the Auburn Manor and Stonebrook neighborhoods in Riverstone as part of its Green Tag Sales Event, where homebuyers can save thousands of dollars on a new home that's fully complete and ready for quick move-in.

Meritage will also host a grand opening for the Auburn Manor community at Riverstone, where customers can tour the brand new Crimson model home and explore eight other floor plans available in the community Sept. 15. The Crimson — a two-story, four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with a three-car tandem garage and a central gourmet kitchen — comes with stone and brick elevation and a covered patio.

Throughout Auburn Manor, homes are priced from $272,990 to the $401,000s, ranging between 2,145 and 3,844 square feet.

Meritage is also offering homes at Stonebrook in Riverstone. Meritage’s homes in the Stonebrook section are priced from the $220,000s to the $265,000s, and offer living areas between 1,882 and 2,927 square feet.

Meritage has homes available for quick move-in in both Auburn Manor and Stonebrook.
