John Burns Real Estate Consulting Names Johnson Community a Longstanding Titan

In a new report, housing research firm John Burns Real Estate Consulting goes beyond its annual list of the nation’s top-selling communities to celebrate those that have made the list again and again and are still ranked among the nation’s top-selling.

Calling them the MPC Longstanding Titans, the 11 communities listed in the report are those that have been named a top-selling master-planned community 10 or more times, including being ranked on the most recent report for 2025 new home sales. Our community of Sienna, located in Missouri City, is one of just four in the nation and the only one in Texas to appear on the annual list 16 times, according to the report. Sienna is currently ranked No. 35 in the nation for 2025 home sales.
