Jubilee Welcomes Luxury Model Homes

May 07, 2026

Builders have opened four new model homes in Jubilee — the largest ever showcased in the Johnson Development community.

Highland Homes and Newmark Homes each have opened model homes designed for 70-foot homesites in Jubilee. J. Patrick Homes and Perry Homes are building on larger 80-foot lots, with two new model homes now open.

“These model homes deliver true luxury,” said David Hogue, Vice President and General Manager of Jubilee. “The architectural detailing is amazing, with one wow factor after another. These larger homes open up the range of offerings — we’ve got options for first-time buyers, luxury buyers and everything in between.”

Highland’s new model home, at 16619 Cheerful Trail, is the builder’s 222 Plan, offering 3,610 to 3,983 square feet, depending on options. The two-story design has up to five bedrooms and four full baths and is base-priced at $645,990. Highland’s pricing for homes on 70-foot homesites in Jubilee starts at $582,990, with sizes ranging from 2,978 to 4,359 square feet. The builder also offers homes on 40-foot homesites ranging from 1,550 to 2,975 square feet that are priced from $300,000.

Newmark Homes selected its Edinburgh plan for its new model home in Jubilee. This 4,547-square-foot home, open at 16623 Cheerful Trail, has five bedrooms and 4.5 baths with an option for a second primary suite. The Edinburgh is priced from $760,990. Newmark’s homes for 70-foot lots in Jubilee begin at $667,990. The floor plans range in size from 3,264 to 4,547 square feet. Newmark debuted in Jubilee with floor plans for 45-foot homesites that offer 2,134 to 2,776 square feet. Pricing for those homes starts in the $390,000s.

J. Patrick Homes, a new builder in Jubilee, recently opened its Balmoral plan at 16615 Cheerful Trail. Showcasing floor plans designed for 80-foot lots — the largest offered in Jubilee — the 5,580-square-foot home features five bedrooms, five full baths and two half baths. Priced at $922,990, it is the largest floor plan J. Patrick Homes offers in the community.

J. Patrick’s other homes for 80-foot lots range from 3,488 to 5,224 square feet and are priced from the $710,000s. The builder also recently began sales of homes designed for 55-foot homesites. Those homes range from 2,445 to 3,500 square feet and are priced from the $510,000s.

Perry Homes is also selling homes for 80-foot lots in Jubilee ranging from 3,300 to 5,600 square feet. Pricing starts in the $700,000s. The new model home, at 26110 Happy Home Street, is the builder’s 4336W Plan, offering four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a loft, game room and home office within 4,336 square feet. It is priced from $789,900.

Each home in Jubilee — regardless of size — offers standard wellness features that include a MERV 13-rated whole-home, four-inch media filter for improved air quality, a reverse-osmosis filtration system in the kitchen and circadian rhythm lighting in the kitchen, dining room, family room, primary bedrooms and connecting hallways. Comfort features include a home automation panel, smart thermostats, a smart front door lock, a video doorbell, window prewiring for blackout shades in at least one room, and security prewiring for one security panel, all doors and all operable first-floor windows.

“As Texas’ first wellness community, Jubilee prioritizes health and happiness inside and outside the home,” Hogue said. “Already 125 of our homes have received a WELL Residence certification from the International Well Building Institute, and we expect more to reach that status this year. And the first of more than 30 planned wellness zones are open throughout Jubilee, giving residents a place to reflect, connect, explore and find inspiration.”

Other Jubilee builders include Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Tri Pointe Homes and Westin Homes. Pricing is from the $290,000s to the millions.
