Chef and co-owner Juliet Comer’s culinary journey is nothing short of inspiring. Hailing from the Philippines, she brought with her a deep love for food and the determination to turn that passion into something extraordinary. After honing her craft under the guidance of a British chef at an Australian culinary school, Juliet quickly stood out for her creativity and discipline. Houston became her first culinary home, and in 2023, she came full circle, taking ownership of The Oaks.
