The Artisan Market at Grand Central Park is the go-to spot for fun, food, and fabulous finds. From mouthwatering treats to handcrafted treasures, our monthly markets are where creativity meets community. Each one also features a DJ, food trucks, and pet adoptions! The Artisan Market is taking a break for summer but, as we gear up for the fall season, let’s take a quick look back at the lively spring and summer events. March Spring Fling March brought the buzz with a Spring Fling, where the Market Passport turned shopping into a playful challenge. Shoppers filled their passports by exploring vendor booths and earned a chance to win a cool prize. Kids dove into creative fun at the craft station, adding splashes of color to the day. For the adults, local wineries like The Ferm Meadery, H-Wines, and Winking Stars Sparkling Wine brought their best sips. We Did the Bunny Hop in April The Bunny Hop Artisan Market brought springtime vibes to life! With 54 vendors offering everything from sweet treats like doughnuts and cookies to beautifully crafted wood and yarn creations, there was something for everyone. The Easter Bunny made a star appearance, delighting kids and grown-ups alike with photo ops that were pure magic. Little ones carried their Easter baskets, collecting unique finds as they explored the market. May Celebrated Our Makers May’s Makers in Bloom market was a vibrant celebration of local talent and creativity. Vendors showcased an incredible variety of handcrafted goods, turning every booth into a discovery zone of artistry and innovation. Shoppers had the chance to participate in the Shop Small Raffle, adding extra excitement to their shopping experience. For every $50 spent at participating vendors, they earned an entry into the prize drawing, making supporting small businesses even more rewarding. We Kicked Off Summer in June June turned up the fun with a Summer Kickoff that was all about good vibes and great eats. Families chilled in the Picnic & Cool Zone, complete with checkered tablecloths and lawn games for endless entertainment. An ice cream truck made sure no one melted in the summer heat, while foodies tackled the Food Truck Passport challenge. With each bite and every stamp collected, shoppers got closer to winning a prize. What’s on the Horizon? • September 5 - Back to Local - September is bringing the fun back. Dive into a Vendor Scavenger Hunt, where gathering clues at different booths could score you a prize. Little ones can bust a move at the Kids’ Dance Party with DJ Chico, spinning all their favorite tunes.
• October 3 - All Things Fall, Pumpkin, & Cozy - Embrace fall vibes with a pumpkin patch perfect for photo ops and a free kids’ activity that lets young artists create their own seasonal masterpieces.
• November 7 - Grateful for Small Businesses – November brings a chance to learn the stories behind your favorite goods with Vendor Demos, where creators share their craft secrets. Grab a Market Passport, explore booths, and turn it in for a shot at awesome prize.
• December 5 - Christmas Festivities - December cranks up the holiday cheer with free professional photos with Santa adding a sprinkle of magic to your visit. Plus, the Holiday “Shop Small” Raffle keeps the excitement alive with prizes announced every 30 minutes.From festive vibes to unique finds, this market is the perfect chance to cross gifts off your holiday list.
