Jubilee Introduces New Builders, Homesites, Model Homes

(HOCKLEY, TX – July 27, 2026) —          Johnson Development’s Jubilee community continues to grow, adding new builders, homesites and model homes. More than 480 families have purchased new homes in the Hockley community.

Beazer Homes, new to the community, has started home sales of three- and four-bedroom homes priced from the mid $300,000s in Jubilee. The floor plans range from 1,642 to 2,572 square feet. A model home is now open daily. Jubilee is Beazer Homes’ only Hockley community.

Several new model homes have opened recently in the community, including two new model homes by David Weekley Homes. The models showcase the builder’s Cottages Row and Grove Row collections, which feature unique designs with the garage opening to a back alley rather than the front of the home. The Cottages Row Collection is priced from the $290,000s and the Grove Row Collection begin from the $310,000s.

“We’re excited to introduce these alley-loaded floor plans,” said David Hogue, Vice President and General Manager of Jubilee. “With driveways behind homes, these plans create a lush streetscape of open lawns and landscaping. They have been immensely popular in other neighborhoods.”

Other new model homes include those by Highland Homes and Newmark Homes for floor plans designed for 70-foot homesites in Jubilee, with pricing from the $590,000s and $640,000s, respectively. J. Patrick Homes, another builder new to Jubilee, and Perry Homes have opened model homes for floor plans on 80-foot properties. J. Patrick’s pricing in the neighborhood is from the $750,000s, while Perry’s homes are priced from the $730,000s.

J. Patrick Homes has also started sales of homes designed for 55-foot properties in Jubilee, a new lot size for the community. Joining J. Patrick Homes on the new lot size is Coventry Homes, which is offering homes priced from the $460,000s on 55-foot lots. J. Patrick’s pricing in this neighborhood is from the $510,000s. Model homes by both builders are now open.

“Jubilee now is truly a move-up/move-down community with the addition of these builders greatly extending the number of available floor plans,” Hogue said. “Now, as our residents’ needs change, they will be able to move to a different-sized home without leaving the community.”

All homes in Jubilee come with standard wellness features designed to improve air and water quality, among other things. These include a MERV 13-rated whole-home, four-inch media filter for improved air quality; a reverse-osmosis filtration system in the kitchen; and circadian rhythm lighting in the kitchen, dining room, family room, primary bedrooms and connecting hallways. Comfort features include a home automation panel, smart thermostats, a smart front door lock, a video doorbell, window prewiring for blackout shades in at least one room, and security prewiring for one security panel, all doors and all operable first-floor windows.

The International Well Building Institute has awarded 125 homes with a WELL Residence certification, and Hogue says more homes are expected to be certified this year. Also open in the community are the first 8 of more than 30 planned wellness zones designed for reflection, connection, exploration and inspiration. 

Other Jubilee builders include Chesmar Homes, Tri Pointe Homes and Westin Homes. Pricing is from the $290,000s to the millions.
