Johnson Development Communities Rank Among Nation’s Top 50

Two Johnson Development communities — Sienna and Jordan Ranch — ranked among the nation's 50 top-selling master-planned communities in RCLCO's 2026 mid-year report. Produced annually by RCLCO — a national real estate consulting firm established in 1967 and known for its quantitative analytics and strategic advice — the rankings reflect strong home sales, extensive amenities, multiple builder options, and locations that continue to attract Houston-area buyers. Johnson Development is the only developer to have multiple Houston communities on the list.

Perennial favorite Sienna in Missouri City took the No. 46 spot with 223 homes sold from January through June. Jordan Ranch in Fulshear earned the No. 49 spot with 199 homes sold during the same period. This is not the first time either community has been ranked among the top 50.

Sienna Continues to Draw Home Buyers

Sienna continues to rank among America's best-selling master-planned communities because it combines a broad range of home prices, numerous builders, award-winning amenities, excellent schools, and an active lifestyle. Thirteen builders offer more than 250 floor plans in Sienna, serving everyone from first-time home buyers to luxury buyers with designs priced from the $290,000s to more than $1 million.

Jordan Ranch Continues to Receive National Attention

Jordan Ranch again finds itself ranked among the nation’s top-selling thanks to a variety of homes, outstanding amenities, and a growing retail corridor. Sunset Farm plays host to special events, a weekly farm stand, and a self-serve grab-and-go cooler where residents can pick up freshly harvested produce.  The Shed Amenity Center is rich with possibilities, including swimming in the resort-style pool, hitting the tennis courts, or just enjoying a picnic at one of the community’s many parks.

Nine builders offer a range of homes with starting prices in the $300,000s. Home buyers can choose from an array of floor plans and add options and upgrades to fit their lifestyle.

Jordan Ranch Market, anchored by a new H-E-B grocery, is another draw. The center features more than 750,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 300,000 square feet dedicated to medical offices and self-storage. The retail center was recently named the Retail Winner in the Houston Business Journal’s 2026 Landmark Awards, recognizing standout developments that are shaping the future of the Houston area.
