Grand Central Park - New Models, New Park, New Opportunities in Grand Central Park (But Don’t Delay)

September 01, 2026

With the opening of a stunning new model home by Drees Custom Homes, exciting things continue to happen at Grand Central Park. The new model is the first of three slated to open as our community nears the completion of its final phase of development.

The new model home at 334 Silver Sage Street showcases floor plans for 60-foot homesites. Designs include must-have features like sleek island kitchens perfect for culinary adventures, flex rooms to meet every lifestyle, relaxing outdoor loving spaces, and three-car-tandem garages with room for all your toys. Homes range from 2,400 to 3,700 square feet and are priced from the $530,000s.

Perry Homes is starting construction on their gorgeous new model at 449 Quinn River Drive, highlighting layouts tailored for 45- and 50-foot homesites. Westin Homes isn’t far behind with their new model slated to open at 445 Quinn River Drive. Both will feature exceptional designs and thoughtful touches that promise to make everyday living extraordinary.

That’s not all that’s coming. Deer Lake Park is set to be a new favorite hangout spot where residents can stroll along scenic pathways with jaw-dropping views of the lake or gather at the revamped pavilion and picnic areas. A launch will speed kayakers on their way, while a pier is available for lazy fishing days. When it’s chilly, there will be a welcoming firepit.

Our commercial district continues to grow, as well, with 336 Marketplace welcoming the grand opening of EOS Fitness. JETSET Pilates is coming soon. Sam Houston State University has opened a second building for its College of Osteopathic Medicine at City Central, and Rooms ToGo is scheduled to open in September. La-Z-Boy is under construction at City Central, and Ashley Furniture is expected to start construction in September.

Yes, it’s an exciting time for us but it comes with a caveat — there are currently less than 150 new home opportunities remaining and we expect them to be gone within a year. Visit Grand Central Park to see what’s new and secure your new home future today!
