The George - The George Partners with Empire Homes on St. Jude Dream HomeOctober 14, 2026
In July, a College Station resident won a three-bedroom, two-bath home valued at approximately $382,000 after purchasing a $100 raffle ticket. This November, another lucky person will be named a winner of a St. Jude Dream Home® — this one located at The George! Johnson Development is partnering with Empire Homes on the newest Houston-area St. Jude Dream Home, with proceeds benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Each ticket sells for $100 and helps ensure families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food — so they can focus on helping their child live. The giveaway at The George is one of more than 55 being held this year across the nation and the only one being held this year in the Houston area. The winner of the Houston giveaway will be handed the keys to a 2,590-square-foot home, designed for both entertaining and family time. Four bedrooms and 3.5 baths give everyone their own space, while the entertainment kitchen and spacious media and game room will be the venue for many celebrations and family gatherings. Move seamlessly from the open living room to the spacious covered back patio. The home’s estimated value is $446,000 — and it could be yours for just $100! The home, at 7503 Blue Iris Bend, will be open for touring 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays Oct. 31 through Nov. 8. More Chances to WinA $100 ticket doesn’t just enter you for the house — it unlocks additional prizes as the campaign builds toward the Nov. 11 drawing. Here are the remaining prizes:
