Riverstone - Riverstone Opens Newest Model Saturday

This weekend, Fedrick, Harris Estate Homes opens one of its largest designs as a new model home in Riverstone.

The five-bedroom Villa Rotunda design, at 5003 Water View Bend, takes its name from a defining two-story circular dining room that has an adjacent butler’s pantry and wine storage. Other highlights of the model include a covered outdoor living area overlooking a pool by Encore Pools, a four-car garage and portico and separate media and game rooms. The model’s décor reflects “old Hollywood glamour with a contemporary edge,” says Anne Echols, the builder’s sales representative

Fedrick, Harris builds in Waterside at Riverstone, an enclave of just 18 properties that border Lake Riverstone and greenbelts. Seven designs are available in the Royal Villa Series offered in Riverstone, with pricing starting in the $600,000s.

The model opening coincides with Houston’s Largest Home Tour, open weekends in Riverstone and six other projects of The Johnson Development Corp. Admission is free.
