Riverstone - Sitterle Homes Opens New Riverstone Model Saturday

This Saturday, Sitterle Homes opens the doors on a new market and a new model home in Riverstone.

The San Antonio-based builder is launching its entry into the Houston real estate market with a collection of 10 luxury garden homes in Riverstone’s Providence neighborhood. Homes, as large as 2,700 square feet, are base-priced from the $290,000s. Homes will boast Sitterle’s Premiere Series features, including 8-inch crown molding, 8-foot interior doors on the first floor, 42-inch kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and fully tiled kitchen backsplash.

The model home, located at 4818 Fairford Drive, will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
