Riverstone - A Duo of Luxury Models to Open Soon

Newmark Homes and Trendmaker Homes will soon debut new models in the Riverstone neighborhood of Marble Bend, an enclave of wooded properties and homes priced from the $490,000s.

Home sales have been brisk in the neighborhood, as buyers respond to the array of available home designs and the Sugar Land address. The two builders offer 36 home designs up to 5,000 square feet for Marble Bend. Buyers can also select from premium 80-foot homesites, including cul-de-sac and oversized properties.

The entry to Marble Bend is on Winding Waters, which connects with University Boulevard and LJ Parkway. Models should open in March.
