Riverstone - Riverstone to Host Community Garage Sale March 8

A rummage sale of epic proportions will take place in Riverstone 8-11 a.m. Saturday, March 8, as dozens of families participate in the community’s semi-annual sale.

An array of toys, furniture, clothing, household items and other treasures will be on display at the Creekstone Village Recreation Center, 5438 Creekstone Village Drive, Sugar Land.

“Our last garage sale had nearly 90 families registered, and with so many new families moving into the community this past year, we might have just as many participating for this event,” said Natasha Hakala, Riverstone’s lifestyle director. “And with a garage sale this large, you’ll never know what treasures you might discover.”

The Fort Bend Women’s Center will have a donation truck on-site at the end of the event to collect unsold items or any other donations the public would like to make.
