Riverstone - Darling Homes Begins Presales in New Avalon at Riverstone Neighborhood

Darling Homes begins presales of its new section of 55-homesites in Avalon at Riverstone Saturday.

The builder has seven home designs available, base-priced from the $410,000s, with sizes of up to nearly 3,400 square feet. The plans offer numerous options, giving home buyers the ability to customize their homes to best suit their individual needs. The designs include island kitchens, downstairs guest suites, formal dining and plentiful storage. Forty-five properties are available, including several oversized cul-de-sac homesites.
