Riverstone - Fort Bend Communities Open Doors for Fall Home Tour

October 02, 2014

Three communities of The Johnson Development Corp. are joining forces for a luxurious, month-long event, the Fort Bend Fall Home Tour.

Imperial, Riverstone and Sienna Plantation will have 38 fully decorated model homes participating in the tour, which will continue weekends through October, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Eventgoers will have their chance to see brand new model homes in Imperial, Sugar Land’s newest development incorporating residential, retail, entertainment and offices. Three builders recently opened garden homes in Imperial, which also is home to Constellation Field, a weekly farmers market and, in 2015, the Fort Bend Children’s Discovery Center. Pricing in the 700-acre Imperial development is from the $400,000s to $1 million.

New model homes also are open in Riverstone, Texas’ top-ranked master-planned community. Nineteen builders offer an array of home designs in the 3,700-acre Riverstone priced from the $300,000s to the millions. Residents enjoy a vibrant lifestyle, with an on-site activities director planning a host of events and a diverse offering of amenities, including The Club at Riverstone, which boasts a fitness center, resort swimming, tennis courts, a splash pad and Big Adventure Park.

Sienna Plantation has more than a dozen models open, showcasing a broad sampling of home designs priced from the $300,000s to the millions. The 7,000-acre lifestyle community offers residents many opportunities for fun, with dozens of neighborhood parks and playgrounds, three water parks, tennis courts, an amphitheater, fitness center and 160-acre sports park along the Brazos River corridor. Nestled within the 10,000-acre community is Sienna Plantation Golf Club, a challenging 18-hole course.

The Johnson Development Corp. has been actively developing residential and commercial projects in Houston, Atlanta and other areas for more than three decades. The firm has nine active communities throughout the Houston area, including three ranked among the nation’s top-selling developments.
