Residential plans emerge for former Camp Strake property

"Construction will begin early next year on the first portion of homes in the 2,046-acre community. Luxury patio homes, townhomes and single-family residences will be built on 350 home sites in Grand Central Park West, in the northwest corner of the community. Homebuilders will be announced by the end of the summer."
