Riverstone - Riverstone to Add More CommercialMay 08, 2015
The Johnson Development Corp. has sold 9.6 acres at the southeast corner of LJ Parkway and University Drive to Riverstone Commercial Development LLC for a mixed-use neighborhood center. Current plans call for the land to be subdivided into six or seven retail pad sites intended for stores, restaurants, medical offices, a bank and possibly a day care center. Several letters of intent have been received from interested businesses. Riverstone Commercial Development is expected to deliver the developed land to buyers in about eight to 12 months. More commercial development is planned for the area, including a larger commercial and retail project on 42 acres that could include a grocery store.
