Riverstone - Riverstone Hires New Development Manager

Riverstone is welcoming local land specialist June Tang to its team.

Tang is the community’s new development manager, overseeing the consultants, engineers and land architects contracted with Riverstone, as well as all construction in the community.

Tang has a long history in Houston, moving to the Bayou City at age 4 and working in local land development since 2007. She has managed numerous projects for AECOM Technology (formerly Turner Collie & Braden), including those in Cinco Ranch, Bayou Lakes, Cypress Creek Lakes and others. She worked at Costello Engineering as the project engineer on Wildwood at Northpointe and, most recently, as land development manager for KB Home communities in Houston and Fort Bend.

“I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to work with what is known as the best community in the greater Houston area and state of Texas,” Tang said. “It is very attractive to be part of the grandeur that is Riverstone and to work with a team as reputable as The Johnson Development Corp.”

Tang holds a degree in bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
