Riverstone - Darling Homes Opens New Riverstone Model

Darling Homes has opened Riverstone’s newest model home a luxurious patio home design in the neighborhood of Whisper Rock.

The model, at 4931 Summer Manor Lane, showcases the one- and two-story floor plans available in Whisper Rock. The homes  feature gourmet kitchens, open living and entertainment spaces, roomy master suites and covered front porches. Options include game rooms, media rooms, an outdoor fireplace, summer kitchen, wine grotto and guest casita. Traditional and Mediterranean exteriors are available for the homes, which range front 2,620-3,770 square feet. Prices are from the $460,000s.

Darling Homes has 30 65-foot homesites within Whisper Rock, a wooded enclave of cul-de-sac streets that is near The Club at Riverstone. Homes will have a Sugar Land address.
