Sitterle Homes Opens New Model in Riverstone's Prestwick Neighborhood

Riverstone - Sitterle Homes Opens New Model in Riverstone's Prestwick Neighborhood

February 18, 2016

Sitterle Homes’ successful building program in Riverstone continues with the opening of a new model home in the community’s Prestwick neighborhood.

The builder began presales in Riverstone’s newest enclave in July, following robust sales of its luxury patio homes in the nearby Providence neighborhood in Riverstone. The model at 4822 Bellwood Springs Lane opened in December, offering a glimpse of the many options and upgrades available to buyers.

Features of the model home include upgraded hardwood flooring and granite countertops, built-in cabinets and shelving in the study and utility room, and a built-in organizational system in the master bedroom walk-in closet. A fireplace on the spacious covered patio offers warmth on cooler evenings. The design also showcases the cathedral ceilings, gourmet island kitchen and spa-inspired master bath. An optional bonus room, outfitted as a den, could also serve as an exercise room or game room.

While touring the model, visitors also can view the many other designs Sitterle Homes offers, some of them new to Riverstone. Homes, priced from the $370,000s, range from 1,942 to 3,026 square feet. Front and backyard maintenance is included.

Prestwick is located within walking distance of The Club at Riverstone, a 17-acre recreation complex with a clubhouse, fitness center, resort pool, tennis courts. Residents also enjoy the community’s many walking trails and Big Adventure Park, a nature-themed playground with a 100-foot zipline. A dedicated lifestyle director plans frequent resident events. Homes in Prestwick have a Sugar Land address.

A tour of the new model can be found here.
