Riverstone - Act Quickly to Take Advantage of April Builder Incentives

April 21, 2016

April is turning into May, but there is still time for buyers to reap huge savings on options and upgrades, smart home technology and closing costs with a range of incentives being offered by many of Riverstone’s award-winning builders.

Home buyers hoping to equip their new homes with upgraded cabinets, wood floors, media rooms or outdoor patios will want to act quickly to take advantage of incentive packages offered by Toll Brothers, Highland Homes and Newmark Homes.

Toll Brothers is offering $10,000 toward structural options and $10,000 toward design center upgrades during its national sales event, which ends April 24. Toll Brothers builds luxury homes in Riverstone’s Pecan Ridge neighborhood.

Highland Homes has a design package that offers both a free entertainment room and $20,000 toward options. Buyers that purchase a home by April 30 will be able to shop at the design center for items that accentuate their lifestyles. The entertainment room can be outfitted as a game room, media room or den.

Newmark Homes is buzzing with a $20,000 incentive that combines upgrades, design center credit and money toward closing costs. Home buyers will receive numerous upgrades when they purchase a new home, including upgraded cabinets, wood floors and granite countertops, as well as a mudset shower in the master bath and an executive island in the kitchen. In addition, buyers will get $5,000 toward design center credit or structural options. Buyers using one of Newmark’s approved lenders benefit even more, with an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan and $2,500 toward closing costs. The offer is good until April 30.

Closing costs are also on the table for Darling Homes and Taylor Morrison Homes. From April 1 to June 30, Darling Homes is offering qualified buyers up to $8,000 toward closing costs on to-be-built and inventory homes if buyers utilize the builder’s approved lender. Taylor Morrison home buyers will not have to pay closing costs if they finance a quick move-in home through the builder’s approved lender, Taylor Morrison Home Funding, by April 30.

Taylor Morrison is offering a smart deal on to-be-built homes as well, with an “Interactive Home 2.0” base package for patio, executive and estate homes. The package consists of video home entry, whole home WiFi, a USB charging station, security system, home intercom and thermostat regulator – all of which can be controlled from apps that work on iPhone® and Android™ devices.

While buyers must act quickly to receive these incentives, they can take their time enjoying Riverstone’s many amenities, which include The Club at Riverstone and Big Adventure Park, a nature-themed playground with a zipline.
