Outfit Your New Home with May Builder Incentives

Riverstone - Outfit Your New Home with May Builder Incentives

May 20, 2016

Now is the time for buyers to outfit their homes with numerous upgrades, or save thousands on closing costs, with May incentives offered by some of Riverstone’s leading builders.

Perry is offering up to $20,000 in special incentives on select move-in ready homes through May 31, while upgrade packages available through Sitterle Homes, Highland Homes and Newmark Homes allow home buyers to create the home of their dreams.

Sitterle is offering customers substantial savings — 50 percent off all upgrades, up to $50,000 — when they buy one of the builder’s elegant, maintenance-free garden homes in Riverstone’s Prestwick neighborhood.

Adding features to an already beautiful Highland home has never been easier with a designer package that includes $20,000 in options and a free entertainment room for customers purchasing new homes by June 30.

Newmark Homes is offering upgraded appliances and Capri blinds. Also on the incentive menu are upgrades to floors, counters and cabinets. For dessert, buyers will receive an additional $5,000 in design center credit. Buyers using one of Newmark’s approved lenders benefit even more, with an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan and $2,500 toward closing costs. The offer ends May 31.

Closing costs also are on the table for Darling Homes and Meritage Homes. From now until June 30, Darling Homes is offering qualified buyers up to $8,000 toward closing costs on to-be-built and inventory homes if buyers utilize the builder’s approved lender, Taylor Morrison Home Funding.

Meritage Homes’ customers will not have to pay closing costs either, and the builder will pay homeowners association dues for two years. The extension of the Earth Day, Every Day sales event also includes a choice of one bonus item such as rear sod, full yard irrigation, three live oak trees, faux wood blinds or full gutters for homes purchased from now until May 31.

No matter which incentive buyers choose, they are assured of a beautiful new home located in one of Fort Bend County’s most desirable addresses. Riverstone is the No. 1 ranked community in Texas and offers resort-style amenities, beautiful trails and access to highly regarded schools in the Fort Bend Independent School District.

Many builders require incentive flyers to be presented at the time of purchase, to view them and for more information, visit www.riverstone.com/builder-incentives.html.
