Enjoy Seasonal Savings with November Builder Incentives

Harvest Green - Enjoy Seasonal Savings with November Builder Incentives

November 14, 2016

Enjoy the holiday season more with promotions and incentives from Harvest Green’s family of builders.

Deck your halls with the options and upgrades you have been dreaming of with promotions from Newmark Homes, Westin Homes and Trendmaker Homes.

Newmark’s “Harvest the Savings” promotion gifts buyers with upgrades on cabinets and countertops, as well as hardwood floors and other options. Plus, buyers will receive an additional $5,000 to use at the design center. Customers who choose to use Newmark’s preferred lender will receive $5,000 toward closing costs. The offer ends Nov. 30.

Customers purchasing any to-be-built home from Westin will receive $15,000 in design center credit, plus $5,000 in granite upgrades. The $15,000 also can be put toward closing costs. Trendmaker Homes is tying a bow around its promotion that offers customers $25,000 to use at the design center on homes purchased by Dec. 11.

Plantation Homes and Perry Homes have promotions this month that will appeal to buyers hoping to move before the holidays begin. Plantation Homes is offering up to $200,000 in savings on select move-in ready homes during its Extreme Sales Event. Perry Homes is reducing the price on select inventory homes and offering to pay the closing costs. Both incentives end Nov. 30.

Highland Homes will contribute up to $12,000 toward closing costs when buyers finance through Highland LoanSource. The offer is good on inventory homes purchased by Nov. 30. Lennar Homes is offering no closing costs on select inventory homes throughout the month.

Once buyers become owners, they can enhance their already exciting Harvest Green lifestyle with a membership to Black Hawk Country Club. The premiere Fort Bend facility is offering complimentary dues until January 1, 2017, and a free round of golf for four to all Harvest Green residents.

Harvest Green offers residents a number of amenities including a community farm bursting with produce, a planned recreation complex under construction now and miles of trails and open spaces. For more information about these offers, click here.
