Spring into a New Home with Fabulous Builder Incentives

Harvest Green - Spring into a New Home with Fabulous Builder Incentives

April 17, 2017

It’s easy to spring into a new home - packed with upgrades - with these fabulous incentives offered by Harvest Green builders.

Darling Homes thinks every day should be a getaway in your new home, so the builder is offering half off of design center options - up to $100,000 - through August 31.

Make a fresh start on equipping your new home with a $3,000 Lowe’s gift card, available with the purchase of a new Plantation Home through April 30.

There’s a lot to love about Westin Homes’ designs but $15,000 toward upgrades or closing costs can only increase the romance. Buyers who purchase a to-be-built Westin home this spring can choose either and receive $5,000 worth of granite countertops.

Newmark Homes knows that the kitchen is the heart of the home and is prepared to make the chef happy with incentives that include an appliance package, upgrades to countertops and backsplashes, hardwood floors and Capri blinds. Buyers also will receive an additional $5,000 in design center credit. If you use Newmark’s own lender you will receive an Owners Title Policy in the amount of the loan. The offer ends April 30.

Perry Homes is celebrating 50 years and is letting you pick the gift. Choose $5,000 toward closing costs, a $5,000 Visa Rewards card or $5,000 toward a GE appliance package when you purchase a select inventory home through May 31.

Closing costs are on the table when you purchase a Highland Home. Receive up to $10,000 toward those costs when you use the builder’s preferred lender. The offer ends April 30.

You can check out all of these offers during Houston’s Largest Home Tour. The tour, sponsored by Harvest Green developer, Johnson Development Corp., opens the doors on hundreds of lavishly decorated model homes outfitted with the latest in colors, textures, furniture and architectural detailing throughout 14 Houston-area Johnson communities. Hundreds of move-in ready inventory homes also will be on display. Homes will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Admission is free.
