Trinity Falls - McKinney Square Favorites: Rick's Chophouse

There's no better place to be than downtown McKinney in the springtime! We have quite the recommendation for those who love the finer things in life. Rick's Chophouse in McKinney Square offers some of the most delectable meals in McKinney! 

Starting with the appetizers, the pork belly is one of our favorites. It comes with jalapeno blackberry jam, smoked almond puree, and pickled jalapeno. Moving to the salads, the beet salad is not one to miss! It includes roasted red beets, roasted poblano peppers, pickled red onion, goat cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds, lime juice, and cilantro. Now, for the good stuff. Their entrees range from chili powder seared salmon to filet mignon stuffed with fried jumbo shrimp, a baked potato, baby carrots, and creole mustard hollandaise. Whatever you choose, you simply can't go wrong!

This downtown McKinney staple also offers a great wine and cocktail menu, dessert, lunch, and brunch! They also have special banquet rooms for fun events you are hosting.  They have the Ballroom, which is a breathtaking space with exposed brick and beautiful chandeliers. It holds 160 people for a seated event and 225 for a cocktail party. The Rick's 110 is a private dining area that has its own entrance. It accommodates roughly 62 sitting guests or 125 standing. You'll enjoy an elegant space with climate controlled wine racks, a private bar, and beautiful artwork. Next is the Wine Room.  Here, you can browse the global wine list offered on vast oak racks. Finally, one of our favorite spots to relax in is The Library. It allows for 28 people and is filled with recipe books from all over the globe. These books are available for sale with a portion of the money going to local charities. 

There is a lot to explore at Rick's Chophouse. Whether you're going for a quiet evening with your significant other or you're throwing a cocktail party, this is the place to be seen!
