Trinity Falls - Trinity Falls Happy Residents: Jim & Kim

October 07, 2015

Trinity Falls homeowners, Jim and Kim, answered a few questions about living in Trinity Falls. Here's what they had to say about living in our master-planned community in McKinney, Texas:

What made you choose Trinity Falls as your new community?

"We wanted to live in the McKinney area. When we found the Trinity Falls website, it looked like it was going to be a beautiful community when completed, but still close to a major freeway to get places."

What is your favorite part of your new home?

"I love our open concept floor plan. It was all the room we needed, being empty nesters. I also think Ashton Woods puts some really nice features in their homes."

What is your favorite thing about living at Trinity Falls?

"It is hard to say just one thing because we have really enjoyed all it has to offer: Getting to know our neighbors, the Amenity Center, Parks, Bike/Hike trails, and all the great events that Heather plans for the Community!"

What sets Trinity Falls apart from past apartments/townhomes/homes you've lived in?

"It is a well-planned out community that has a lot to offer families of all ages. I love all the trees that surround the community, and appreciate that they are trying to keep as many as possible."

What do you love about living in McKinney?

"We love the Square, the people, and its location."

Which amenity are you looking forward to the most?

"The lakes for boating/fishing and the Amphitheater."

Have you attended any community events? If so, which ones?

"We have attended several of them: Monthly Dining out dinners - Loved the Harvest House. The Open House week-end was loads of fun, Ice Cream Social, Easter Egg Hunt, Special luncheons, and Dive-In movies. We hope to attend more in the future."

What advice do you have for anyone considering Trinity Falls as their new community?

"I love the 'country vibe' feeling you have living here, but still live in and near big cities for shopping and dining. This community is a MUD district."
