Trinity Falls - Trinity Falls 2016 Neighbor of the Year — Theresa Meinecke

“Lifestyle at Trinity Falls wouldn’t be the same without her” sums up why Theresa Meinecke has been crowned the community’s 2016 Neighbor of the Year.

Meinecke, who moved to Trinity Falls in May 2015, was announced the winner during Trinity Falls’ annual membership meeting in late September. Fellow residents nominated Meinecke and others, and the winner was selected by a panel of judges.

Meinecke is involved with several clubs in the community, including Bunco, Tell Tales Book Club, Euchre Club and Lunch Bunch. She often visits neighbors, greeting new residents with cookies and other goodies, as well as elderly neighbors unable to attend the community’s many events. Meinecke is a familiar face at events, and serves as a resource for those new to Trinity Falls.

“So much has changed in the world today and it is so refreshing to not only be in Trinity Falls, amongst the best of McKinney, but to live next to such warm, kind, and thoughtful neighbors,” read Meinecke’s nomination.
